Style, food pairing and serving

Tsarine Millésime 2018 is a true French Champagne: a sparkling wine made in the Champagne region by the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle (méthode champenoise). A vintage (millésime) Champagne from a single outstanding harvest with longer ageing – for collectors, anniversaries and special dinners. Brut, a dry Champagne: a versatile choice for aperitifs, celebrations, fish, poultry and light starters.

Serve at 8–10 °C (vintage Champagne at 10–12 °C) in a tulip-shaped glass. With a Champagne stopper a chilled bottle stays fresh for a few days.
