Style, food pairing and serving

Tsarine Zéro Dosage Rosé is a true French Champagne: a sparkling wine made in the Champagne region by the traditional method of second fermentation in the bottle (méthode champenoise). As a rosé Champagne it is an elegant aperitif and pairs well with salmon, tuna, duck and red-berry desserts. Zero dosage (brut nature): bottled without added sugar, completely dry – the purest expression of terroir, superb with oysters and raw fish. It comes in an elegant gift set: a perfect Champagne gift for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas or corporate gifting.

Serve at 8–10 °C (vintage Champagne at 10–12 °C) in a tulip-shaped glass. With a Champagne stopper a chilled bottle stays fresh for a few days.
